Franchise regulations
Regulations that franchise branches must follow to maintain the quality and standards of the franchise.
1.
Franchisees are not entitled to modify, alter, edit the menu and ingredients, as well as computer programs, information, manuals and related documents delivered by the franchisor.

The franchisee agrees to sell the products at the prices set by the franchisor. In the event of any price changes to the products, the franchisor will notify the franchisee of the price change and the franchisee is prohibited from changing the price of the products sold without receiving the consent of the franchisor.

Franchisees must inform the franchisor of the list of products they wish to sell in their stores in advance. If it is found that a franchisee is selling products that are not authorized by the franchisor, the franchisor has the right to immediately stop selling those products.
4.
Franchisees must purchase imported raw materials from the franchisor only. Some raw materials and minor equipment that the franchisor will issue in writing for the franchisee to purchase on their own later.
5.
Franchisees are required to purchase products under the franchisor's trademark, whether they are products that already exist at the time of the contract or may exist in the future, as well as products that the franchisor may designate for franchisees to purchase.
6.
Franchisee agrees to allow the franchisor or its representative to inspect the business premises at any time without prior notice.
7.
Branches must stock enough raw materials for the first opening.
